“It was 7:40PM Saturday evening of memorial day weekend, I had tried all day to gain access into a home near the beach that was listed by the #2 company in town and with another agent. It was vacant and on a supra box. I was on Flagler Ave heading home discouraged. When I saw Pat in her office, she eagerly assisted me and my wife to go view the home for sale at dusk. There were other buyers who had tried getting into this home all day that Saturday as well who surprised us as Pat opened the front door. Not only did Pat get us into the house, and explain all the features and benefits to us of living at that home, but she also went back to her office that evening and wrote an offer for us and sent it to the listing agent. She called the listing agent and asked them for a quick response to our good offer. We have been in our home for several months now.
