A little bit about me...

A 5th generation Floridian, Ehren was born in New Smyrna Beach back when Fish Memorial Hospital still housed a maternity ward, and he spent his formative years fishing, surfing, and enjoying life in the easy-going beach town. After graduating from New Smyrna High he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida, and followed this with two years of classroom teaching here in Volusia County. When the iconic local surf shop Inlet Charley’s was acquired by prominent Australian surf brand Rip Curl, an opportunity to step-in as store manager presented itself and he took a leap of faith, embracing the new challenge. Effective expense control and a customer-centric aim helped Ehren and his crew to achieve strong financial results in New Smyrna, leading to unique opportunities for his personal and professional growth and culminating in a six year stint on the west coast. Here Ehren further fine-tuned his business acumen and leadership skills in the direct oversight of six retail stores dotted throughout Central California. In 2019 and with a growing family, Ehren, his wife, and their two young daughters returned to New Smyrna where he embarked on a career as a real estate agent. As a Buyer’s Agent with Collado Real Estate, Ehren's goal is to provide each buyer with the best-in-class, authentic customer service experience which has brought him so much success in his previous roles. He will use his 40+ years of local knowledge and connections to provide insights and opportunities not found elsewhere, and will work with diligence and consideration to offer information, answer questions, and to ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the buying process.
